1. General healthcare information
MedTrip Vietnam provides information to help you explore healthcare services and prepare questions. Website content, articles, images and messages from coordination staff are not a diagnosis, prescription or individualized treatment recommendation. Reading or using the website does not create a doctor–patient relationship with MedTrip.
2. Assessment and informed consent
A qualified treating clinician must review your history, examine you and arrange appropriate tests before deciding on care. Discuss alternatives, expected benefits, risks, recovery, costs and follow-up directly with that team. Photographs or online enquiries alone cannot determine eligibility. Clinical consent is a separate process with the treating provider.
3. Outcomes, photographs and examples
Results and recovery vary between individuals. No outcome, improvement, success rate or complication-free course is guaranteed by MedTrip’s website. Photographs, comparisons and personal experiences cannot predict your result. AI-generated or illustrative images show a service context, not evidence of an actual provider or patient outcome; sample captions are not patient testimonials.
4. Provider information and second opinions
Check a provider’s qualifications, scope of practice, treatment plan and current availability directly before proceeding. A listing is not a guarantee or a substitute for your own assessment and clinical advice. You may seek an independent second opinion, particularly before major or irreversible treatment. Information may change after publication.
5. Medicines, travel and follow-up
Do not start, stop or change prescribed treatment, or postpone medical care, because of website content. Obtain individual advice on fitness for treatment and travel, required recovery time and risks associated with flying. Arrange follow-up, obtain relevant records and confirm who to contact if symptoms or complications occur after returning home.
6. Emergencies
If you believe you have a medical emergency, seek urgent local care. In Vietnam, call 115 or go to the nearest emergency department. MedTrip’s enquiry form, WhatsApp, Zalo and email are not monitored emergency or clinical triage services. Do not wait for a reply from MedTrip before seeking urgent care.
7. Questions and corrections
For help understanding the scope of our coordination service or to report inaccurate website information, contact contact@medtripvietnam.com or +84 983 209 904. Direct personal medical questions to a qualified treating clinician. This notice does not remove any responsibility or patient right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
